The CCHD, Archdiocese of Santa Fe, supports community-based efforts and education for justice that work to end the root causes of poverty. OFFCenter's project "promotes economic development to empower homeless and formerly homeless, low-income artists to increase their earnings, enhance art and business skills and promote entrepreneurship. OFFCenter deals creatively and innovatively with the complex issues that surround homelessness."
